Cassia Nurse (RN or LPN) 2500 Bonus in Maplewood, Minnesota
Harmony Gardens is hiring Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in our brand-new building in Maplewood, MN. In addition to our generous benefits, you will be eligible for up to a $2500 Bonus!
Our new campus opened in December 2022 and is only 2 miles away from Maplewood Mall, beautiful parks (Hazelwood and Harvest Park), and a variety of dining options. Our new state-of-the-art senior living community includes independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and long-term care options.
There are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available including every other weekend.
Shifts: Day (AM) (6:30 am to 3:00 pm) )
Wage: LPN’s $28.77-$34.19 DOE
RN’s $35.52-$42.84 DOE
Full-Time is eligible for a $2500 Bonus

What does a Nurse do?
Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Document resident care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.
What does a Nurse require?
Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
