Here, you will make an impact by:Leading the Product Engineering organization for Purification and Filtration BusinessOptimizing the Change Management Process (CMP) and design controls for launched productsDeveloping and delivering the strategic and operational plans for Product EngineeringSupports the Business Units and Laboratory Operating CommitteeDesigning and executing projects supporting Product Engineering, the Lab, and the overall businessYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five years experience leading technical teams (R&D, PE, QA, MTD, etc)High School Diploma/GED from AND ten years experience leading technical teamsANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Four years experience creating or overseeing the creation of design control documentsTen years experience working in cross-functional teamsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Masters degree in business administration and/or scientific discipline from an accredited institutionFifteen years experience in a private, public, government or military environmentSkills include project management, people management, written and oral communicationWork location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood or Purification & Filtration offices at least 3 days per week)Travel: May include up to 20% internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
