Here, you will make an impact by:Managing key account (Retailer) regulatory requirements and initiatives, including serving as WERCS and Smarter Sorting Administrator for 3M Consumer Business.Managing UL/CTL testing required to sell to a large retailer.Participating in applicable trade associations (HCPA, RILA, etc.) and advocating for 3M/Consumer Business regulatory positions as needed.Strengthening Consumer Business Product Stewardship infrastructure and knowledge of emerging regulations.Tracking retailer chemical policies and requirements and keeping stakeholders informed.Managing Consumer Business Product Stewardship Resources Website.Representing Consumer Business on Corporate Product Stewardship projectsSupervising one team member.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher in Chemistry or related technical (completed and verified prior to start) field from an accredited institutionSeven (7) years of experience working in a product stewardship or regulatory function in a private, public, government or military environment.One (1) year of experience UL WERCS in a private, public, government or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Masters degree in chemistry or related technical field from an accredited institutionExperience supervising small team.Knowledge of regulatory requirements for consumer products.Experience interacting with customersStrong communication and interpersonal skills. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
