Here, you will make an impact by:Lead and partner with the broader Solventum and 3M finance teams to ensure the successful accounting & reporting of the transition service relationships and arrangementsCreate the roadmap for success on the support to and from Solventum and 3M for TSAsDevelop the accounting operations to support TSA and TDSALead future Solventum M&A Corporate Accounting activitiesCollaborate with Legal, Tax, Technical Accounting and business finance on the financial impact and proper accounting treatment for transactionsCreate the roadmap for success for finance integration activities and lead as the finance SMESupervisor and develop 1-2 financial analyst(s)Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Master's Degree or higher AND ten (6) years of finance or accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND sixteen (14) years of finance or accounting experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in finance, accounting, data analytics or related degree from an accredited institutionCertified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified management Accountant (CMA)Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholdersAbility to interact and communicate at all levelsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood Financial acumenStrong SAP and other systems knowledgeWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May include up to 5% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: noneMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
