Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThis Strategic Finance Senior Analyst position will support the Vice President, Strategic Finance & Portfolio Management in efforts related to strategic finance, including, but not limited to, long-range planning, valuation modeling and scenario planning, financial assessment of inorganic opportunities including M&A, and other portfolio management efforts.As a Strategic Finance Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Provide finance and model support for various portfolio management initiatives, including M&AKey facilitator of the strategic planning process, including tracking progress versus timelines and key milestones / deliverables; own roll-up of consolidated strategic planDevelop corporate finance models and executive summaries / dashboards, along with other process initiatives as we continue to standup our capabilities post-spinAggregate, develop, and maintain database of market intel, including peer benchmarking dataFinance business partner to Strategy organizationYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years' experience in corporate finance, investment banking, advisory, and/or investor relations experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:A Master's degree in finance or business from an accredited institutionCMA, CPA, or CFA certificationA background in investment banking or advisory or consulting services, including big 4Prior FP&A and M&A experienceStrong command of financial modeling; ability to build clean, dynamic excel models and present outcomes in an executive summary formatAbility to "think outside the box" and embraced continuous changeOutstanding integrity, initiative, creativity, and passionWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May include up to 15% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1 status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
