NB THIS IS A FIXED-TIME POSITION.

Position Summary:

Flowserve Corporation is a multinational public company engaged in the design, manufacture and service of advanced technology fluid handling and control equipment in a variety of markets worldwide. The company's products include pumps, valves, mechanical seals and related services. As a CNC Programmer you will need to prepare all common operational activities for the production of centrifugal pump parts and mechanical seals. This position reports to the Manufacturing Manager and works closely with Workshop, Engineering, Planning and CI.

Your role:

• Develop work cycles by defining method and tooling to standardize machining processes.

• Define machines according to quality standards, with the aim of reducing machining time and maximizing operational performance.

• Assign control plans in accordance with product requirements.

• Support Planning in internal scheduling and external machining.

• Work in compliance with safety regulations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Your profile:

Hard Skills (Must Have):

• Technical degree with at least 3 years of experience in similar role or Engineering degree (preferably mechanical).

• Fluent English, both oral and written.

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical technologies.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling software.

• Knowledge of CAM software.

Hard Skills (Plus):

• Knowledge of SolidWorks modeling software.

• Knowledge of Esprit CAM software.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Knowledge of Safety Standards.

• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma practices.

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking skills, problem solving and attention to detail.

• Analytical skills.

• Ability to integrate, interact and work as a Team
