Alaant Calibration Technician in Marietta, Georgia
Alaant Workforce Solutions has an exciting direct hire opportunity for a Calibration Technician . You'll work in a clean and safe lab environment servicing and troubleshooting calibration equipment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with opportunities for career advancement. To be a good fit you'll need strong people skills in addition to your technical knowledge. You must also have good working knowledge of metrology and experience calibrating electrical and temperature equipment.
Hours and Benefits for the Calibration Technician:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
$60,000-$65,000/year

Responsibilities for the Calibration Technician:
Perform calibration adjustments on equipment
Continuously learn new procedures and gain certification with management support
Collaborate with peers to ensure tasks are being completed and updated
Manage CRM to keep detailed notes and documentation
Ensure quality compliance is met, determined by ISO 9001 & ISO 17025
Work to resolve any issues by troubleshooting and repairing calibration equipment
Requirements for the Calibration Technician:
Associate degree or equivalent degree from a two-year college or technical school
2+ years of calibration experience
Experience with pressure, temperature and commercial lab calibrations
Experience with MS Dynamics or other CRM systems preferred
Strong communication skills, with the ability to be a self-starter
