The Calibration Department specializes in the calibration of precision measurement and test equipment of various types. Our Calibration Department is currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic Calibration Customer Service team member to be based at our Marietta, GA office.
Summary:
The Calibration Customer Service team member will interact with customers to address their questions, concerns and assist the customers with their needs. Alsomaintaining the customer database by entering new and updated information and preparing files. This role with involve high volume quoting for new and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Quote specialist
Data entry
Updating the database and documents
Setting up new clients
Generating quotes/jobs
Effectively communicating with our customers and peers
Scanning documents
Reviewing Jobs
Creating work orders
Qualifications
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of high school diploma
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-pace environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Ability to work with a team
Ability to be self-motivated
Positive attitude
Ability to pay attention to details
Ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision
