Are you looking to kickstart your career in the legal field with a focus on real estate? We have an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Paralegal with some experience in mortgage or real estate. salary: $21 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the legal request mailbox: They get legal questions every day in connection with loans they originate.

• Origination function

• Answering questions, questions will include Title questions

• Approving POAs (Power of Attorney), Estate Documents (Trusts), Deeds, items on a Title Commitment

• Most of the work they do comes from the mailbox

• Maybe twice a week there is some manual work like receiving packages that they have to file away/log
