Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties:Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education:High School Graduation or Equivalent
Discipline / Degree Area:
Required Specialized Training/Certifications:Valid motor vehicle operator's license as required.
Required Minimum Work Experience:Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:Physical capability to perform all the duties and responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to pass relevant oral, written, and/or performance testing.
Ability to maintain currency of technology and tools.

Additional Desirable Qualifications
