Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Marshfield, Massachusetts as an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is crucial to our financial operations and involves handling a variety of tasks related to accounts payable. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process approximately 300 invoices per week, ensuring each invoice is reviewed accurately before submission

• Assist in inputting timesheet data for payroll and cash posting

• Handle all accounts payable tasks to fill in any gaps as required by the team

• Utilize skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel

• Maintain organization and critical thinking in managing tasks

• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the team to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Strong ability in Account Reconciliation

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Expertise in Coding Invoices

• Proficiency in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Excellent numerical skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
