As the Manager of Applications Development and Operations, you will be responsible for leading our development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative software solutions. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business process knowledge, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to ensure the effective management of application development projects. In this role you will : Project Management and Delivery: Lead and oversee the planning and execution of application development projects. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions within scope and budget Team Supervision and Development: Supervise and mentor the application development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.Drive performance and skill development within the development team. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of application development processes and systems.Provide regular updates to management on the status of ongoing projects and initiatives. Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight to ensure the effective design and implementation of software solutions. Collaborate with the team on coding standards, architecture, and best practices. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the overall applications development strategy. Align development initiatives with organizational goals and industry best practices. Quality Assurance and Testing: Oversee the implementation of quality assurance processes and testing methodologies. Ensure the delivery of software solutions that meet high standards of quality and reliability. Resource Management and Budgeting: Manage development resources, including staffing, training, and resource allocation.Contribute to budget planning for applications development projects.
