Job Description:

Information Technology (IT) Program Managerwill manage on behalf of Marine Corps client the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of Intelligence M26/ Intelligence Enterprise Management Office (IEMO) projects to include network infrastructure and communications-computer systems upgrades, server modifications, information systems security control management, and introduction of new hardware and software. Provide support in the planning, coordination, integration and implementation of all IEMO information technology and information assurance projects. This position requires on-site presence during billable work hours.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Site lead for contractor professionals in M26/IEMO

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leads for supporting M26/IEMO programs/projects

  • Accomplish daily tasking and work force scheduling

  • Review and identify project scope with deliverables and track deliverables

  • Review and analyze training, logistics and site implementation plan documentation and provide inputs to M26/IEMO clients

  • Provide oversight support for M26/IEMO projects and coordinate and monitor briefings, meetings, daily reports and progress during the installation efforts

  • Attend operations meetings to inform M26/IEMO battle rhythm situational awareness

  • Draft, clarify customer requirement inputs, edit, and submit system modification proposals and track until resolved

  • Draft, review, coordinate edits and submit communications-computer requirements with appropriate outside agencies

  • Coordinate weekly integration meetings and briefings; provide and distribute minutes

  • Provide oversight support of all M26/IEMO IT systems and network infrastructure

  • Provide technical advice on hardware and software, information systems and networks

  • Monitor and review Service Level Agreement and Memo of Agreement to ensure best interest of Marine Corps units are accurately and efficiently represented

  • Participate in operations assessment of existing and future facility requirements

  • Review and comment on security policies and procedures in accordance with Navy and Marine Corps information and security policies and directives

  • Perform other role appropriate duties and record keeping as required

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • Meet 8140 requirements for IAT II

  • Ten years of general IT or Information Assurance experience

  • Five years of IT Project Management experience

  • Three years’ experience dealing with integration of IT technology, network infrastructure, and software across multiple security networks

  • Exhibit professional qualities:

  • Effectively communicate in verbal and written formats

  • Work unsupervised, independently or as part of a team

  • Ability to work effectively with sponsors, customers, subordinates, users

  • Multi-task among numerous projects

Desired Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional certification

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology-related discipline

  • Meet 8140 requirements for IAT III

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology-related discipline

Travel 5% CONUS.
