You will perform a wide variety of tasks in a manufacturing / production environment.  Duties will include laying up and bagging pre-preg graphite and fiberglass composite materials. Other tasks include paint prep, masking, painting, and symbolization of product. You may set up and operate a variety of process equipment such as ovens, autoclaves, and cut tables.

What You Will Do

• Prep, mask and paint product with HVLP spray equipment

• Experience with composite materials (pre-preg, resins, graphite, fiberglass, and bagging).

• Use of basic hand tools.

• Read, follow assembly instructions, engineering diagrams, instructions, and prints.

• Operate process equipment including autoclaves and ovens.

• Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with established standards.

• Train and qualify on multiple processes.

• Flexibility to work across shifts / off shift / weekends as needed to support customer needs.

• This will be an onsite role in McKinney, TX.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
