Production Line Lead

Pay Rate: $20-28 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday (days)

Assignment Length: Temp-to-Hire (T2H)

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting supervisors in directing staff members in the Production Department, focusing on coaching and communication

• Training employees, plan, assign, and direct work to ensure smooth production processes

• Addressing complaints and resolve problems, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment

• Monitoring tasks and ensure that production targets and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent

• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with ERP system experience

• Ability to effectively train, assign, and monitor tasks.

• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
