TEKsystems Data Entry Associate in Media, Pennsylvania

Job Description:

This role requires someone who is detail oriented and has experience with data entry and data validation.

They will be working heavily with data entry and audit.

Will be taking the food & beverage information for the products and entering them into Excel documents, and into the Stibo system. They will use different reference files to enrich data and submit to other teams.

The team you will be supporting is on the food & beverage marketing team.

Any food or beverage item that is going out to the stores, this team is setting up the back end information to ensure the items can go out to the stores properly. They will work on making sure recipes are set up accurately, inventory can be captured, retail pricing is accurate, etc.

They also work closely on forecasting the ingredients that will be required and sharing that information with the vendor partners.

Qualifications:

  • Any familiarity with Recipe Management is a huge plus, but not required.

  • Highly organized

  • Detail focused and oriented

  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently

  • Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams experience
