Job Title: Welding Supervisor

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Welding Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of 30-35 welders, prototype mechanics, and utility workers in a clean, industrial manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include supervising team operations, hiring and training new employees, and occasionally performing welding tasks. The role demands a candidate who is not only a proficient welder but also an effective leader and educator passionate about developing new talent in the welding field.

Salary: $70,000-$90,000

Shift: 1st shift – 6am-4:30pm. Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3+ years of welding supervisory experience

• Must have 7+ years of Mig and Tig welding experience on aluminum and steel

• Must have strong blueprint reading experience

• Experience with ERP systems is a + Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Aston, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

This full-time position operates in a first shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with potential Friday work. The role is based in a modern 250,000 square foot facility, equipped for a wide variety of manufacturing tasks.
