Robert Half HR Recruiter in Medley, Florida

Description We are in search of an HR Recruiter to join our team in Medley, Florida. This role focuses on the recruitment process, from promoting job openings and maintaining a pool of potential candidates, to screening applicants and conducting initial interviews. The successful candidate will also be tasked with posting job vacancies on various platforms, keeping records of recruitment activities, and conducting interviews to assess employee retention and attraction. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Actively promote job openings at physical locations such as job fairs or communal locations.

• Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future opportunities.

• Provide comprehensive information on available job opportunities to potential candidates.

• Conduct initial screening of applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.

• Post all available positions on various employment sites, targeting by location.

• Keep records of recruiting activities as required.

• Regularly meet with managers to discuss vacancies and recruitment efforts.

• Schedule and attend job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.

• Innovate in different forms of attracting applicants.

• Prepare recruitment effort reports for managers’ meetings.

• Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking log.

• Conduct thorough reviews of all applications to ensure they are properly completed.

• Conduct employee drug tests upon offer. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Experience with Careerbuilder

• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions

• Ability to handle Documentation processes

• Experience with Hiring Processes

• Knowledge in Corporate Recruiting
