Position Summary:
Rise with us and manage all Revenue Management projects and strategies
Ensure hotels' sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation and inventory systems
Use reservations systems and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies
Manage room and function space authorisations, rates and restrictions
Strategically develop and maintain effective and rational pricing strategies for rooms and function space
Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to the team
Plan and execute team building activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing
Ensure the hotel follows brand strategies and brand standards that will maintain and/or increase hotels' RevPAR and RevPAS
Create long range forecast for rooms and catering by segment and update forecast regularly
Lead and manage all day to day activities related to the revenue management function
Manage all revenue, profit and demand data associated with rooms and function space
Use analytical tools and systems to maximise revenues and profit
Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Ensure your team is focused on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property objectives
About You:
Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
