Position Summary:

• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen, developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve property’s objectives whilst consistently analysing market information

• Responsible for managing the planning, execution & coordination of all the hotel’s marketing strategies, campaigns and projects

• Ensure your team is focused on showcasing their creative and innovative skills to enable achievement of property objectives

• Become a prime example of the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving guest loyalty by creating unforgettable memories through each guest experience

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

• Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures whilst demonstrating the the hotel’s core values

• Be an empowering leader by providing motivation and support to your department’s Ladies and Gentlemen

• Plan and execute team building activities for our associates as they are our most important assets

• Developing marketing budget and overseeing expenses, focusing on attention to detail

About You:

• Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
