The Opportunity

We are looking to recruit an ESG Manager (Building Consultancy) to be based within the Melbourne office. You are likely to have a building services and sustainability background and will work as part of a larger Pacific team, further building and expanding this growing division.

A results-orientated and collaborative individual you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing ESG Strategies for clients

• ESG Due Diligence reporting

• Completing Energy and Water Audits and Net Zero Carbon Reporting for client assets and portfolios

• NABERS Improvement Plans

• Green Star Performance Gap Analysis and Improvement Plan

• Climate Risk Reporting to identify building resilience and adaptations against climate change risks

As the successful candidate you will be:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Mech/Elec)

• Experienced within the ESG building sector and with business development capabilities

• Be a NABERS Accredited Assessor or experience with NABERS

Experience in the following will be an advantage:

• Green Star Accredited Professional

• WELL Building Standard

• Renewable energy procurement
