Description:
Registry Occupational Therapist for outpatient and inpatient service lines.
The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients, plans and implements an effective Occupational Therapy program based upon assessment, clinical judgement and psychological sensitivity for inpatients and/or outpatients with diverse diagnoses. Provides patient education, consultation and discharge planning, supervises and
delegates patient care to Certified Occupational Therapists Assistants, Rehab Technicians and Occupational Therapy students. Contributes to the growth of Occupational Therapy Services by assisting with the development of new programs and outcomes/research activities; acts as an operational and clinical resource for staff in areas of expertise.

Minimum Education:
Required: Masters Degree
Specify Degree(s): Occupational Therapy
Minimum Experience:
Required: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience
Licensure/Certifications Required:
Illinois Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist
Required: Basic Life Support (CPR)
