salary: $30 - $31 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, inventory allocation, and coordination with various departments to ensure smooth operations and achievement of sales targets.

  • Process orders accurately, allocate inventory for complex orders, and ensure timely shipment in collaboration with the Logistics Department.

  • Work with Credit, Legal, and other departments to resolve order issues, release orders, and assist with contract administration as needed.

Here's what you'll have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 2 years of related experience

  • Must be Bi-Lingual in Spanish
