Resource MFG Swiss Screw Machine Operator in Memphis, Michigan
ResourceMFG is looking for a practical, hands-on, experienced Swiss Screw Machine Operator (CNC Lathe) Memphis MI.
Shift: 2nd shift
Compensation: $17-19 + $2 Shift premium
Responsibilities
- Have a strong knowledge of machining, metalworking principles and assembly procedures
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production and QA personnel
- Develop machining processes to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Responsible for ensuring strict adherence to all company manufacturing standards/methods and policies
- Assist in resolution of manufacturing problems
- Work directly with Engineering Manager and utilize in-house HAAS VMC's with 4th and 5th Axis as well as HAAS CNC Lathes
- Demonstrate consistent application of independent judgment
