Baptist Memorial Analyst-Treasury in Memphis, Tennessee
Summary
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for accounting programs to include handling credit card and bank account information. Responsible for reporting and metrics around these programs. Assist the Senior Treasure Analyst with other duties assigned.
Responsibilities
Prepare the President's report as well as assist in the preparation of the daily cash report, which includes reconciling deposits, disbursements and transfers.
Make the Journal Entries for the system's outgoing ACH's/Wires/Transfers, etc..
Handle and monitor the Corporate Credit Card program and Purchasing Card to include card request, cancelations and increases and decreases of credit limits.
Verify credit card charges on their report to ensure charges are in accordance systems credit card policy.
Assist with responsibilities for bank accounts to include opening and closing of accounts, banking online, reviewing and assigning privileges for accounts, lockboxes, Processing deposits, and updating all documentation.
Assist with monthly & quarterly duties
Serve as primary backup for Senior Treasury Analyst
Special projects as needed
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Preferred: Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Field
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Field
Experience
Minimum: 1 year of experience related experience
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Preferred: CPA
