Robert Half CFO in Memphis, Tennessee

Description We are in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our operations located in Memphis, Tennessee. This role entails taking charge of our financial operations, spearheading strategic growth initiatives, and safeguarding our organization's fiscal wellbeing and adherence to regulations. The CFO will play a pivotal role in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A), financial strategy formulation, accounting, treasury, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement financial plans in line with business objectives, supervise budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

• Oversee accounting, tax, treasury, and audit functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory standards.

• Lead due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration efforts for acquisitions and divestitures.

• Identify financial risks, manage cash flow, capital allocation, and maintain relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

• Mentor finance teams, provide insights to the Board of Directors, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

• Use 3M, Accounting Software Systems, and ADP - Financial Services for various financial operations.

• Handle Business systems and CRM for effective business management.

• Oversee Accounting Functions, Auditing, and Budget Processes for financial accuracy and compliance.

• Manage Capital and conduct Cash Flow Analysis for effective financial planning.

• Use knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) and Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) to guide financial decisions.

• Apply knowledge of EBITDA for financial analysis and forecasting. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 10 years experience in a senior financial managerial position

• Proficiency in using 3M

• Advanced knowledge of Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to manage and implement Business Systems

• Proficiency in using CRM software

• Extensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Strong background in Auditing

• Experience in managing Budget Processes

• Proven expertise in Capital Management

• Ability to conduct Cash Flow Analysis

• Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)

• Understanding of Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT)

• Familiarity with EBITDA calculations and implications
