Baptist Memorial Manager-Operations, Women's Health Center in Memphis, Tennessee
Summary
Operations manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinic.
Responsibilities
Supervise operational support staff and provide support to the care team to increase patient satisfaction and retention
Assure smooth operations and communication between CPAC, Admissions, physicians, clinical staff, and support staff
Maintain daily and monthly responsibilities, confirming all tasks are up to date and complete
Maintain appropriate staffing levels and employee morale.Assist in the hiring process for new staff
Oversees multidisciplinary breast conference to ensure seamless presentations
Attend staff meetings and required training
Provide oversight, tracking, and management of applicable federal, state or locally funded healthcare programs along with other awarded grants
Interviews, hires, and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions
Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Minimum Experience: 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a healthcare facility
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent directly related healthcare leadership experience
