Required: Three plus years of bookkeeping experience and /or associate degree, knowledge in Quickbooks, knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, proficient in microsoft office, have strong organizational skills, have excellant and accuracte data entry, able to delegate tasks, dependable, and of impeccable character. Responsibilites: entry of online banking transactions, oversee accounts payable, some accounts receivable, maintain accurate G/L accounts under supervision of CDA, work with HR to initate payroll, work directly with CPA to track and schedule payments, maintain financial data confinentiality. etc...
