Our longstanding client is in the process of hiring for the role of a Tax Manager to join their growing firm. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing compliance and consultancy services to high-net-worth and small business clients, ensuring their financial landscapes are compliant and growth-oriented. This role will also involve leading and mentoring within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Hybrid work schedule.

Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the professional services industry with a focus on tax management in a public setting

• Requires proficiency in preparing and reviewing income tax returns

• A strong understanding of tax laws and regulations is needed

• Must have excellent analytical skills to interpret tax data, financial statements, and economic forecasts

• Requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks, project management skills would be beneficial

• Familiarity with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite is required

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a must, a CPA certification is preferred

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Requires strong problem-solving skills to address tax-related issues

• Should possess strategic thinking abilities to develop effective tax strategies for clients

• Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in tax preparation and filing processes

• Requires high ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.
