TRANS INTERNATIONAL LLC National Sales Manager in MENOMONEE FALLS, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Role: Sell our Software and Payments Platform to large (Fortune 500) and medium sized businesses in your local territory and nationally. The National Sales Manager (NSM) is responsible for generating new business and expanding business with existing clients. Methods include telephone, networking, tradeshows, e-mail, and face-to-face contact. This would include gathering preliminary information to properly price a new account, gather additional details to facilitate startup and effectively interface with other Trans International personnel to satisfy new client needs. Some special project assignments can also be expected. The NSM will be responsible for managing select existing client relationships in the assigned territory to ensure client satisfaction and obtain revenue growth. This is a Hybrid position after training. Must report to the office as required for meetings thereafter. Education or Experience: Bachelor\'s preferred. Equivalent experience accepted. Minimum of two to three years of previous transportation sales experience. Experience in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to travel frequently using various modes of transportation. Travel: Travel is required using a personal vehicle, plane, train or other modes of transportation. NSM Territories are to be determined and valid on the date of hire based on current sales strategy and open territory.
