This job was posted by https://idahoworks.gov : For more information, please see: https://idahoworks.gov/jobs/2222943 Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a HRIS Analyst II or III, experienced in Workday, to be an integral part of the HR team; supporting and optimizing Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), in addition to other systems used within Human Resources (HR).

This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for HR functional areas and is responsible for overall technical support that includes configuration, application security, integration, and analytics. The role\'s main focus is supporting Workday HCM, which includes Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.

To be considered for this opportunity, you have the following:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as an HRIS Analyst (for level II) or 4 years relevant experience as an HRIS Analyst (for level III)

Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience (Two years\' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

We\'d also love it if you had:

  • Experience in Workday (HCM) Configuration and Support.
  • Advanced Workday (HCM) training or certifications (i.e., Core HCM, Reporting, Learning, Compensation, etc.)
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and Application QA
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Interpersonal, collaboration and partnership Skills
  • Ability to work in a corporate environment, as well as adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities.

Here\'s what your day may look like:

  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules: Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Reporting and Analytics, Talent Management, and Time Tracking
  • Deploy configurations through unit testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams
  • Creating and designing sophisticated reports and dashboards
  • Support of Workday Integrations, EIB, and Web Services (API), business processes, and data mapping
  • Performs ongoing reconciliations and audits of HR data to ensure data and process integrity
  • Assist in identifying, designing, and creating strategies for all HR technologies needed to support the business
  • Handle projects with ambiguity from design to implementation and often setting your own direction with minimal aid from leadership
  • Engage with Workday Community, and user groups to ensure that we are getting the most out of current and future Workday capabilities
  • Drive adoption, optimization, and transformation. Ensure full maximization of Workday to meet strategic business needs and pursue continuous improvement in business processes, integration, automation, and user experience
  • Partner and collaborate with business teams. Understand their needs and requirements, make recommendations for solutions, and roadmap and prioritize implementation to support strategic objectives
  • Manage HR Technology workload. Own planning and release strategies for Workday semi-annual releases as well as new features, enhancements, and bug fixes by the team
