What you\'ll be doing: Provide end-user technical computing break/fix support to users through troubleshooting, tracking, resolving and reporting progress and resolution of problems. Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for the end-user technical environment. Provides second-level technical support for all user devices. Support Information Technology asset management process. Coach and mentor less experienced staff. On any given day, you\'ll: Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and report progress and resolution of problems in IT\'s enduser technical environment. Provide break/fix support to users. Provide end-user service request fulfillment for installations, move, adds and changes for the end-user technical environment. Provide second level support technical for all user devices such as PC/desktops, laptops, tablets, PDA\'s, printers, etc. Support IT asset management process. Coach and mentor less experienced staff.
