Description
A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time non-exempt Pre-Doc Clinic Operations Coordinator on the Mesa, Arizona campus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Super-user for dental patient management system (aka electronic health records or EHR).
Act as backup to Clinic Operations Manager with daily deposit and processing of ledger adjustments in EHR.
Act as Liaison between the PreDoc clinic, ASDOH Clinic Tech team, and ATSU ITS for any EHR issues, new projects, and/or software changes/enhancements.
Coordinates with the Clinic Operations Manager (as well as IT/Clinic Tech) to ensure all users in the PreDoc clinic are trained for any enhancements to the EHR.
Process all incoming and outgoing mail from the PreDoc clinic building to the ASDOH administration building daily. Do the full mail run from both buildings to the ATSU main building once a week.
Act as the point of contact for the PreDoc clinic incident/needlestick reporting and invoices.
Responsible for purchasing and inventory management of PreDoc administration clinic office supplies.
All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required.
Intermediate computer skills required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google products and peripheral systems.
Effective communication skills (i.e. verbal, written, phone).
Independent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish priorities.
