Customer Service (Payment Processor)

M-F 6AM-2:30 PM Schedule

Mesa, AZ (100% Onsite. Potential to WFH down the road)

Start Monday July 8th

Description:

• As a Customer Care Payment Representative, you will provide customer service to rental car customers by addressing inquiries pertaining to tolls and/or violations. You will provide information or guidance to rental car customers using a positive, empathetic, and professional approach

• Use appropriate tools and resources to reach a complete and accurate resolution focusing on one call resolution

Handle around 60 inbound calls a day
