This is an exceptional opportunity for an APP who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and team-based care environment.

Some Details About the Position:

Must be in clinic to start

Flexible scheduling: 4x10s or 5x8s shifts

Medical Assistants, Front Office, and leadership support

Support of an integrated system including specialists, urgent care, and more!

Essential Functions and Requirements:

Provide comprehensive, high-quality care and support to established patients via tele visits

A portion of time will be spent supporting inbox management for your team members

DEA with prescriptive authority required

FNP or PA designation with AZ license eligibility

Minimum (1) year of clinical experience as an APP in a primary care setting

Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment
