About the Role
As the Facility Supervisor of our Magna Steyr plant in Phoenix you will be responsible for planning and setting up the operational unit regarding facility infrastructure and services. You will ensure the availability of the infrastructure and operation of the necessary secondary processes in facility management at the site as well as legal compliance with regards to applicable laws.
Your Responsibilities
Drive authority negotiations and permitting processes
Secure compliance to all legal requirements and obligations as well as internal standards (legal compliance responsibility)
Take care that a properly maintained and operated facility is provided where security, health, safety, fire and environmental protection are in focus
Define and execute EHS standards for the facility
Secure the availability of energy, water supply as well as proper waste and sewer disposal
Achieve sustainability targets through a proper monitoring and improvement of all immission/emission/consumption of energy
Achieve organizational and business targets (people, timing, costs, quality, security, safety, sustainability)
Who we are looking for
Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
Know-how in the areas of construction management, BSE and energy management
Several years of experience in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, building services engineering
Excellent MS Office, MS Project, SAP and AutoCAD skills
Advanced knowledge of SAP PM (Plant maintenance)
Your preferred qualifications
University degree with focus on Facility Management or Sustainability
Strong written and oral communication skills
