AGAPE HOME HEALTHCARE - Mesquite Executive Assistant in Mesquite, Texas

KEEP IN MIND THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. PAY IS DETERMINED BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Looking for highly organized, self-motivated, detail orientated executive assistant for CFO with experience with the following: -Insurance/HMO contracting -Newsletters -Google Suite/Workspace -Microsoft Office -Light Graphic Design -Experience in ministry/church/non-profit administration -Coordinating appointments/meetings/travel arrangements -Planning corporate/ministry events -Able to multi-task, but be able to prioritize and focus in a busy environment -Purchasing/ordering marketing materials and promotional items - Other administrative duties as assigned

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a friendly, cheerful disposition.

Job Type: Full-time
