Purpose of the role:

• Provide administrative and personal support to Area Directors, giving timely response to internal and external clients needs.

• This position needs to be syncronized with our Directors way of working. Full availabilty to go to the office or bringing support from the distance is needed too.

Top Accountabilities:

• Schedule coordination - Agenda ownership.

• Travel & Transportation request and coordination

• Internal meetings and events organization

• Filing and track of expense account

• Purchase and control of office supplies, conferences, workshops, courses and events

• Purchasing of catering and services for events, meetings and courses as well as payment coordination for service providers

• Manages time appropriately

• Critical view to multiple culture/environment dimensions

• Sets priorities

• Crafts working relationships

• Area budget assitance

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree

• 3+ years of previous experience

• Proficient in SAP and Concur

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Proficient English (90%)
