Job Summary:

The Brand & Customer Marketing Jr Manager is responsible to support the growth of the different channels (distributors, retail and e-commerce) across LATAM Region. This position is critical for business unit due to act as the link between Sales, Brand Building, and other key internal operational functions (including finance, supply and customer service). This role supports the Sr. Trade Marketing Manager LATAM to provide the sales team with all the necessary tools to achieve their sales targets.

This position manages Commercial Business Unit within all different distribution channels. This position uses knowledge of brand and customer strategies to develop and execute channel programs that grow brand equity and sales for business unit and our customers. It is also responsible of tracking and optimizing programs over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop customer marketing plans across region within a commercial plan, managing Gross to Net and Promotions budget.

  • Ensure proper execution of customer marketing plans tracking activities by channels and countries.

  • Plan, execute and track channel marketing initiatives targeted to increase our brand presence and sales in retail customers.

  • Develop local channel and marketing strategies to generate business value such as retailer feature ads, catalog layouts, trade shows, and channel-specific brand support materials.

  • Develop promotional activities and customer plans which accelerate sell-in and sell-out performance.

  • Build and promote strong cross functionally relationships with Sales, Finance and other departments.

  • Lead and execute incentive activities for distributor’ sales reps to help reach sell-out growth expectation within the region, mainly in Mexico.

  • Ideation and execution of the Sell- out activities for the region.

  • Manage, control and track A&P budget for the region.

  • PO’s creations and follow up with suppliers.

  • Generate analysis and recommendations of the assortment for retail.

  • Develop digital initiatives to win in e-commerce and expand brand’s omnichannel footprint.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university, in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics.

  • Three to five years’ experience in sales or marketing.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

  • Candidate must be able to work as a team player and have demonstrated leadership ability.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, high energy, action oriented. Excellent presentation skills required.

  • Well organized, solid priority management and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple activities and assignments simultaneously.

  • E-commerce and digital channel knowledge and understanding.

  • Willing to travel overnight: 20%.

  • Fluent in English

Organization Role

  • Provide to the leadership Team and all key stakeholders the main status of the Business Intelligence projects (Lead Generation Plan, Sales Force, Pricing).

  • Assists with general marketing discipline functions, including overall ‘day-to-day’ operations of the brand and product lines.

  • Uses appropriate decision-making and approval processes in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to coordinate price analysis, promotions, and inventory management.

  • Has the ability to work alone, remotely and as part of a team. Work closely with Global Teams (ANZ/APAC & North America) where required.

  • Understands the full Marketing function across Marketing Teams.

  • Open to additional projects and tasks to support the business requirements.
