your New Role..

As Manager, TV Production Alloy you will be responsible for supervision and management of financial reporting and budgeting for Alloy Entertainment and contact for publishers and writers regarding contract-related statements, payments and inquiries.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, to interact effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel and external business partners. Must be able to use discretion related to highly confidential information.

Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and techniques. Demonstrated experience in financial modelling.

Critical thinker and strong problem solver. Ability to frame issues, articulate findings and present optimal solutions. Proven ability to collect and convert data into a ‘story’ with actionable conclusions to support commercial decision making.

Experience working accurately and efficiently with several sources of data under strict deadlines.

Motivated by challenging, dynamic environment. Accountable and able to work independently as well as part of a team, proactively and reactively to solve unexpected issues.

Strong organizational skills, very detailed oriented, and deadline driven.

Qualifications & Experience…

5+ years of relevant professional experience required. Experience in Entertainment industry is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or industry related professions is required.

Working knowledge of both the accounting implications and commercial aspects of book publishing and other intellectual property-related deals.

Experience working accurately and efficiently with high volumes of data under strict deadlines.

Strong working knowledge of financial software packages and Microsoft Office suite. SAP and Hyperion SmartView tools knowledge is preferred.

Experience with data visualization (i.e. Power BI/Tableau) is considered a plus.

Experience working in Shared Business Services will be considered a plus.
