Senior Manager Business Unit Hematology

What you will do
In this vital role you will be accountable for developing strategies and the implementation of them through sales force, marketing & cross functional team to improve revenues in hematology business in Mexico.
Develop Local Bran Plan, according to lifecycle, access & LRS expectation.
Ensures right Targeting & Segmentation on the field (supported by SME)
Establish important metrics for Sales Force to ensure the accurate implementation of Mkt tactics (supported by SME)
Partners with the Medical in the development and conduction of the Medical Affairs and promotional strategies
Successful realization of events in C3 platform (budget, venues, documentation, etc.)
Attracts, develops, and retains talents, and ensures effective coaching and performance assessment.
In partnership to PSP team, develop & implement strategies to increase patient’s adherence.
Ensure the implantation of C360 campaigns & digital initiatives.
Enhance & reinforce our Compliance culture.
Follow up to Compliance recommendations & findings.

Minimum Requirements
Higher academic education (University or MBA degree)
Established experience in industry
Proven ability in Marketing Management
Proficiency in English, both oral and written communications
Documented track record of success, incl. product launches
Digital literacy (MS Office programs)
Management information (IQVIA, Close Up, INEFAM, etc)
Basic finance skills (P&L)
Preferred Requirements
5 years in a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology company
Expertise in Franchise area (e.g., Hematology, Oncology, etc.)
Previous track record as BU manager
Management experience of a relevant-sized team
1 to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical selling
