Purpose of de Role :
Partnership with the commercial team for improve, ordering, delivery and store replenishment in customer's work processes in order to improve on-shelf availability, DOH and SO.
Understand customer core work processes and develops programs or solutions to achieve both business results and build customer satisfaction.
Leverage with both internal and external areas to accomplish goals
An active intervention in any scenario at all levels in the company
Drive collaborative planning with customers as input into the sales forecast
Monitors and measures internal and external indicators to effectively manage costs, service excellence and sales growth.
Support the customer’s replenishment projects to ensure right levels of inventory, fill rate, in stock
Main Activities:
Fulfill ofCustomer service and stock policies.
Efficient response to customer needs and tailor-made commercial plans and service
Continuous improvement in cost reduction
Effective processes, that guarantees governance and control of the operation, always working under compliance environment.
Forecasting process for 3 to 18 months for JBP, S&OP or peak season planification process.
Top Accountabilities:
Out of stock reduction: Forecasting and replenishment with customer to drive sales growth (OSA)Inventory optimization: Identify Risks and Opportunities
Provides JBP statistical base driven by brand geographical segmentation and store formats performance
Proactively reporting with commercial teams either to revert negative SO trends or maintaingood performance in SO.
Responsible for SFA within S&OP monthly meeting
Cost to serve Reduction based on SO analysis EOQ, Order entry frequency modifications, safety stocks modifications according market demand and relevant events.
Participates in weekly and monthly internal meetings with commercial marketing and execution teams to determine action plans to improve market share and minimum assortment /OSA.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Capabilities required
Proven experience in the role or similars
Analytical thinking
Deeply understanding of the Supply Chain
Commercial sense
Relationship management
Fully Bilingual Spanish-English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
SAP Logistics module.
Windows Office Excel,
Desirable
Good consumer insight
Knowledge of Retail Link, or customers web portal to obtain inventory sales and POS performances in a daily basis.
Project management skills
Supply certifications in CPFR (APICS) or CPFR Experience
Negotiations skills
ACCESS, SharePoint.
