What will you do?

  • Develop / Define Sales and Marketing Strategy for the assigned Vertical market, ensuring the strategy reflects the entire industry, channels and segmentation.

  • Drives the selection and governance of the performance on defined key accounts - Including CAM covered accounts.

  • Owns compliance with standard business performance reporting , including market data , business planning and regular OI performance updates

  • Defines and agrees OI targets as part of business planning cycle by country , by BU and by key account.

  • Ensure Key Account Managers are compliant with the Siemens KAM governance model and provides coaching and mentoring to the team members.

  • Lead the collaboration across Solution Architecture, BU Portfolio and marketing to bring compelling value propositions to the market.

  • Identifies opportunity for business expansion through M&A, new channels and partner driven activity.

  • Close working relationship with Legal, to ensure proactive and compliant frame agreements.

  • Ensure an integrated marketing and communication capability to drive demand generation and to leverage corporate sponsored initiatives. ( ex SX , Sustainability etc )

  • Acts as the Siemens overall spokesperson for the industry.

What will you need to succeed?

Experience:

-More than 15 years managing sales teams, developing business and accounts.

-In the industry, desirable in the food & beverage sector

-Specialist in vertical market management

-Interfacing account teams and customers to configure and own fulfillment of account-based equipment, service and supply chain solutions to support our customer value-creation strategy.

-Driving technical product quality, revenue and system profit.

-Energy products and systems

-Salesforce knowledge.

-Strong customer service and ability to deliver results

-Strong knowledge to develop market strategies, systems and product solutions

Required skills: Leadership, communication, collaboration, negotiation, change agent, team management, customer focus, networking.
