TTEC Employee Engagement Analyst - Bilingual in Mexico DF, Mexico

What You’ll be Doing
Looking for an opportunity to make an impact on the employee experience with a global organization? In this role, you’ll guide initiatives to support nurturing company pride, recognition and engagement by analyzing and sharing data. You’ll conceptualize, plan and execute companywide surveys to better understand team engagement and bring great insights to the business. You will also partner with data experts to determine the best tools and routes for knowledge.
Bring your positive energy to this role as you’re the ultimate brand ambassador leading this effort to help foster a culture of pride through your strategic initiatives.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Partner with the data and communication teams to develop the best strategies
Review and analyze all data results
Give direction to the business with insights brought by the global surveys
Work with local leaders to facilitate employee engagement
Build materials to be shared internally
Work with the employee engagement team to accomplish team goals
You'll report to the Manager of Employee Engagement and contribute to the success of the employee experience for a global organization.
What You Bring to the Role
An undergraduate degree
Experience with data analyses and basic understanding of statistics
Advanced power point and excel skills
A passion for discovering data driven insights and action plans
Self-starter with high attention to detail and passionate about being organized
Analytical skills to review the data in support of ensuring a successful store and recognition programs including events and activities
Energized by building and developing relationships across all levels of the organization
Fluent English to interact with all countries.
