We currently have an immediate career opportunity for a Sales Director to join the major Global Account. The location is flexible, Geneva, Brussels, Paris.

This is a critical role which involves creating the business strategy and taking leadership for a major Global Account business. You will develop and implement a growth ambition sales strategy. Your creative thinking will inspire your peers where Innovation is in the center of your vision.

Strong knowledge of the fragrance industry is required; knowledge of the laundry category is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the account to profitably grow sales and meet both internal and client objectives;

  • Anticipate clients’ needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities;

  • Define strategy, deployment plan, decision factors and success criteria;

  • Lead the internal development team assigned to each laundry project to ensure we submit fragrances that completely meet the client’s success criteria;

  • Identify innovation space with the cross-functional team and drive related initiatives;

  • Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines;

  • Build the account plan and sales budget annually, monitor sales and profitability versus objectives;

  • Make sure all commercial data and documentation are accurate and properly maintained.

    You bring:

  • BSc degree or equivalent;

    • 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing areas, perfume development or Consumer Insights preferably in the fragrance industry an asset;
  • Thorough transversal leadership skills, including stakeholders management

  • A great passion for the fragrance industry, with a focus on home & laundry care;

  • Strong business acumen, at ease with fast-changing environments and priorities;

  • Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit;

  • Creative & forward thinking;

  • Ability to develop successful client relationships, with a strong customer focus.

  • Pricing & costing experience;

  • Fluent in French & English (C1)

  • Digital savvy with Microsoft Office Suite
