Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dedicated Property Manager for a valued client in the Miami Beach area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, be bilingual, and possess extensive knowledge of HUD regulations and tax credits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties

• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and manage tax credit programs

• Maintain positive relationships with tenants and address any issues promptly

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to uphold property standards

• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and leasing activities

• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

• In-depth knowledge of HUD regulations and tax credit programs

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
