Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with handling invoice processing, account reconciliation, and data entry. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is pivotal in maintaining financial accuracy within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and manage accounts payable

• Follow up with vendors to ensure smooth transactions

• Conduct account reconciliation to verify vendor statements

• Use Microsoft Excel and other software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and analysis

• Handle purchasing responsibilities as part of the role

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed

• Ensure the accurate tracking of expenses and generate reports in Excel

• Maintain and update customer credit records

• Conduct check runs and coding invoices as part of the role

• Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Requirements

• Associates of Accounting or Finance preferred

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
