DHL currently has an opening for an ACS and CS Manager . The ACS and CS Manager promotes, develops and oversees cargo sales services on DHL operated own network by contacting local cargo agents, freight forwarders on the level of export manager, gateway director/managers or other potential clients to ensure profitable sales achieving targets.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develops strategic plans that assure service standards of high professional quality, in compliance with company objectives and goals.

  • Develops rate structures on DHL operated network routes and interline destinations.

  • Promote new destinationsaround DHL network and interlines options.

  • Develops, maintains and supervises new clients base to increase and diversify DHL ACS clients.

  • Provides support to charters (quotes, follow up, new customers).

  • Ensure proper management of account applications as well as clients ‘compliance to payment agreement and so that,financial criteria are met.

  • Review client data regularly, maintains proper databases and account status updated,based on accounts´ monthly/yearly volumes.

  • Review constantly all clients´ rates structures and directs changes and updates,based on present market changes, strategy or change in customer profiles.

  • Analysis market rates and implements rate updates as needed; in specific, monitors cargo surcharge rates and recommends market adjustments to the Sr. SalesManager or Regional Sales Office.

  • Performs regular and timely reports to Sr. Sales Manager outlining performance by flight segments.

  • Maximizes flight load factors.

  • Maximizes and ensures client´s volumes and revenue retention.

  • Maintains great client relations and provide superior communication internally as well as externally to clients.

  • Develops and implements programs oriented to customer attention, to ensure that proper procedures are followed, in order to maintain high service standards and project the desiredcompany image.

  • Supervision and support of CS team,import and export.

  • Accomplish with Evaluations,IDPs , Feedback, PDs, etc.of staff managed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Four years of College Degree in Business Administration or similar.

  • Minimum three years experience in the cargo industry and staff management.

  • Knowledge of international air cargo industry and cargo logistic.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.

  • Well organized and sound judgement.

  • Excellent abilities to negotiate.

  • Coaching and motivational skills.

  • Knowledge in analytic data tools (Power BI, Python, Tableau, Excel, etc)

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Excellent training and leadership skills.

  • Capability to travel.

LANGUAGE: Fluent English/Spanish

LOCATION: MIA Florida

TRAVEL: Less than 50%
