We are partnering with one of our Publicly Traded clients on their search for an Internal Auditor. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate that wants to expand on their Audit experience in a corporate internal audit department. This role will allow for growth and comes with excellent benefits. The role allows for the flexibility to work from home one day a week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial and operational audits in accordance with our Internal Audit plan.

• Analyze operational and management processes, reviewing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation to assess control effectiveness and efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with senior management, presenting your findings in a comprehensible manner.

• Maintain organized, concise, and clear documentation in the work papers to facilitate efficient review.

• Contribute to ad hoc/special projects as needed, expanding your knowledge of the business and industry.

• Exhibit exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and technical accounting research skills to identify and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting non-negotiable

• Openness to candidates with entry level experience (0-2 years)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of internal control procedures and regulations

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• High standard of integrity and confidentiality

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA) would be an advantage
