Citigroup Project Senior Lead in Miami, Florida

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Project Senior Lead for its Miami, Florida location.

Duties: On behalf of a financial services organization, manage global IT project involving the Implementation of Treasury and Trade Services for Cash Management solutions to automate Client's Shared Service Centers, integrating clients’ Enterprise Resource Platforms with Citi's backend systems. Manage project execution including the transition of clients and solutions from proposal to real world operative solutions, serving as liaison between the business and technical aspects of the project. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Assess client needs and priorities, providing support to Sales teams on customer calls, customer presentations, RFPs and sales closures. Prepare presentations and materials on solution architecture, process operation and integration models based on Citi’s broad array of products, and present them to customers of buying decision-making level. Lead and guide the work of technical staff to identify and resolve gaps in internal process flows from the Regional Implementation Team, and design solutions to remedy them, performing risk assessments to develop response strategies. Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure a successful implementation process for multi-million dollar regional and cross regional deals. Identify business opportunities for cross-sale of local products for Brazilian and other Latin America markets to local and/or global Clients during the Implementation process. Coordinate, coach and train project personnel including junior Implementation Managers across the region when implementing pilot solutions and provide and document performance feedback. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires an Associate’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Project Management, Business Technology, Business or related field and 6 years of experience as a Technical & Network Build Specialist, Build Management Analyst, or related position involving the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and banking platforms for a global financial institution. 6 years of experience must include: Financial industry transactional flows for Treasury and Cash Management, including Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables solutions, end-to-end reconciliation processes, and local Clearing Houses and market nuances across Latina American countries; Backend systems and connectivity channels including SwiftNet FileAct and FIN; Management of technical projects, including host-to-host file integration, and automation of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Bank Accounts reconciliation processes; Supporting Brazilian-based clients in large Treasury transformational programs (including Shared Service Centers) as well as other major emerging market clients based in Mexico, Colombia, or Argentina; and Assessing risk across technical projects.
